Ok. So I maintained at weigh in. What the heck?! I am still at 182.0...started at 192.4. SO...we will see what Thurs brings. I am finally feeling better so I am back on the tred mill and watching my favorite soap in the world! Days of our lives! I need to get my 10 pound loss picture up. Lisa and I decided we would post a new picture for every 10 pounds lost! I have been slacking on the water the last couple days. I need to get on that! I LOVE our new tickers! I wish I could change it but I think it is pretty acurate for today!

Spinning and Grooving

Lisa Says: 

So I lost 2 pounds this week! That wasn't too shabby considering Jodi and I had to survive the Seahawks LOSING Angry and my brother-in-law's all day birthday party Party at our local watering hole watching the game!  Thank God for Miller Ultra LiteAngel!  I ramped up my time in spinning classes and that should pay off good next week.  I'm starting to get my groove back in the class that I had a few years ago when I was a spinning regular (BIGFA - Before I Got Fat Again)Disappointed.

Jodi says: Well, long birthday party at the bar Partybut I am still on track. I didn't lose yet this week but I still have until Thurs. I didn't gain either so that is good! I have a killer cold so we will see how much excerise I get in this week! Think....drink Water!!!Umbrella

Making progress!

Okay - we are getting there!  Jodi started a week or so ahead of me and she's lost 7.  (I have to find those cute little weightloss tickers some people have on their site...Sheesh, I need more time!)  I lost 5 officially as of yesterday morning.  Now I have to jump on the exercise bandwagon with gusto!  We should post more pictures - maybe when we each hit 10lbs lost.  Then every 10 lbs...whadya think, Jodi?
